Fruit Pop Fiesta: Chains, Specials and Objectives

Fruit Pop Fiesta is about choosing a path through matching fruit. Bigger chains can create specials, but the most useful chain is the one that advances the level’s actual objective before your moves or time run out.

Connect neighboring fruit

Join at least three fruit of the same kind in any of eight directions, including diagonals. You cannot jump a gap or use a fruit twice. Drag and release, or select neighbors in order and select the final fruit again to submit.

An accepted chain spends one move on a move-limited level, regardless of length. Invalid or canceled selections spend none. Timed levels use a clock instead; Pause stops the ordinary game clock.

Choose where a special will appear

Even chain lengths from 6 to 10 create a horizontal stripe. Odd lengths from 7 to 11 create a vertical stripe, and 12 or more create a color bomb. The new special appears at the last selected fruit and may fall during refill.

Read the target before chasing a large clear

A level may ask for score, specific fruit, blocks, cages, ingredients or bombs. Only fruit directly selected in the chain count toward a requested fruit total. Extra fruit cleared by a stripe can earn points without satisfying that collection target.

Clear below an ingredient so it falls out through the lowest available slot. Damage solid obstacles with orthogonally adjacent clears; diagonal contact alone does not damage them. Countdown bombs must be cleared before accepted turns reduce their timers to zero.

Balance the target and star requirement

Non-score objectives also require at least one star. Each distinct cleared fruit earns 10 points, and creating a special adds 60. A long chain can be efficient, but a shorter chain that removes an urgent bomb may protect the whole attempt.

Relaxed doubles the base budget, Standard keeps it, and Challenge uses 80%, rounded down. There is no Undo. Restart replaces the current board, so inspect the objective and remaining budget before submitting.
