Beta Terms of Use
Play fairly. Keep the game enjoyable.
These Terms govern access to Idea2Play’s general-audience beta. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
In brief
You can play without an account. Use the games fairly and keep account details safe. The beta may change, and game progress has no cash value. The reviewed legal wording follows.
1. Operator, acceptance, and eligibility
The service is offered by Idea2Play, operated by Mobi Weave, Inc.. It is for general audiences. Children under 13 may play anonymously with a parent or guardian; only people 13 or older may create accounts or submit feedback directly. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Anonymous use and optional accounts
You may browse and play without an account. An optional account adds only the private features shown for supported games. You must provide accurate eligibility and account information and keep passwords, verified-email access, passkeys, sessions, and recovery codes secure. Recovery and sensitive account changes require verification; support cannot bypass it.
3. Personal-use license
Idea2Play grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the beta and play published games for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer beyond rights granted by law or an applicable open-source license, or remove notices.
4. Challenges, leaderboards, links, and sharing
You may create signed challenge links and submit Daily Challenge results only through provided controls after valid runs. Daily leaderboard participation is optional and publishes the gamer name and avatar shown in the consent preview. Do not alter tokens or configurations, use assistance where prohibited, forge or automate results, reveal hidden answers, impersonate others, or use challenges to harass or deceive. Browser results are shape- and configuration-validated but are not cheat-proof or server-authoritative. The operator may hide entries and suspend writes for integrity, privacy, security, or abuse. Native sharing is player-initiated; Idea2Play does not read contacts or guarantee that a share completed.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, evade controls or rate limits, forge events or game results, probe or access another person’s data, introduce malware, scrape at disruptive volume, infringe rights, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate others, or use the service for commercial promotion without permission. Responsible security research must follow the Security page.
6. Intellectual property and credits
Idea2Play branding, portal code, original content, and owned artwork are protected by applicable law. Individual games, libraries, art, and source may have separate creators and licenses. Those rights and conditions remain with their owners and are listed on the applicable game pages.
7. Feedback submissions
You keep rights in your comments. You grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and analyze submitted feedback to operate, secure, and improve Idea2Play. Do not submit confidential information or content you lack permission to share. Optional email is used only for the support interaction.
8. Beta availability and changes
The beta is free, ad-free, and purchase-free. Games, features, rules, saves, compatibility, and availability may change, pause, or end. Offline operation is not promised. Access may be limited or terminated for security, legal, operational, or Terms violations. The operator will avoid intentionally deleting local or account data merely because a growth feature is rolled back, but availability and preservation are not guaranteed.
9. No monetary value
Saves, scores, progress, favorites, trophies, profile levels, challenge results, Daily ranks, and weekly participation have no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed, wagered, or exchanged, and create no ownership interest or right to a prize. Daily Challenges award no trophy, Gamer Score, streak, entitlement, or prize.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BETA, GAMES, CONTENT, LINKS, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, CONTINUITY, COMPATIBILITY, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. Nothing here excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, SAVES, SCORES, USE, OR OPPORTUNITY. ANY AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS (CURRENTLY US$0), EXCEPT WHERE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to arbitration governed by applicable california law, except where applicable law gives you rights or forums that cannot be waived.
13. Privacy, changes, and contact
The Privacy Notice explains data handling and controls and forms part of these Terms. Material changes will update the effective date and receive appropriate notice. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance where permitted. Effective date: 2026-08-20.
