Accessibility

Access is part of release quality.

Idea2Play aims to make the portal operable with keyboard, browser zoom, visible focus, high-contrast preferences, reduced-motion preferences, and responsive layouts down to 320 CSS pixels. This is a continuing practice, not a promise that every game supports every need.

Portal practices

  • Landmarks, headings, labels, and keyboard-reachable controls.
  • Browser zoom remains available; text and layouts reflow across phone, tablet, desktop, and TV-sized viewports.
  • Preferences for reduced motion, high contrast, and muted sound are stored on this device.
  • Focus is moved deliberately when dialogs and game-launch controls change context.

Game-by-game support

Games have different controls and accessibility support. Each game page shows reviewed keyboard, mouse, touch, controller, screen-reader, contrast, motion, caption, fullscreen, and saving results.

Known limitations

Some Canvas games expose less semantic information than DOM games; some titles require fine visual or timed interaction; controller support and captions vary. Very old or restricted browsers may not preserve settings or run every title.
